What we do

Four jobs, one system.

Corrosion protection is not one treatment. It is preparation, coating, cavity work and paintwork — and how much of each you need depends on the vehicle.

01 · PREPARATION

Chassis rust removal & prep

Proper protection starts with proper preparation. We clean and prepare the chassis and underbody — degreasing, de-salting and rust removal where required. Depending on the treatment, bash plates and heat deflectors come off, wheels come off, and wheel arches are included.

02 · COATING

High-end chassis painting

Several coating options to suit different vehicles, environments and budgets. Premium packages can include heavy-duty marine-grade coating systems, protective clear coats and cavity protection — backed by lifetime workmanship warranty options, subject to terms and annual inspection.

03 · CAVITIES

Chassis oiling & rust prevention

Specialised chassis oil and wax treatments for the vulnerable areas. Depending on the package, that means penetrating hydrophobic oil plus cavity wax applied inside chassis channels, seams, welds and mounting areas that surface coatings cannot reach.

04 · PAINTWORK

Decontamination & polish

Corrosion protection is not limited to the underside. Paintwork treatment removes industrial fallout and contamination, followed by a professional hand polish with UV protection. Selected treatments also cover engine bays, door hinges, panels and upper-body cavities.

A textured, impact-resistant coating for bodywork and the accessories bolted to it — bull bars, flares, mudflaps, canopy panels and load bins.

This is paintwork protection, not a corrosion treatment. Raptor is not applied to the chassis or underbody, and it does not replace any of the Military treatments above. If you want the underside protected, that is a separate job with a different product.

Annual inspections keep lifetime warranties active. Full Military warranty touch-ups found at inspection are free; Military touch-ups are pro rata.

Treatment process

What actually happens to your vehicle.

Typical turnaround for Military treatments is 7–10 working days. The chassis process includes, but isn't limited to:

  1. Clean the chassis and underbody — degreasing, de-salting and rust removal, top to bottom.

  2. Mask and protect painted panels, plastics, rubbers, gearbox, exhaust, brake callipers, transfer case and suspension.

  3. Remove bash plates and heat deflector plates where fitted, so nothing hides untreated metal.

  4. Take the wheels off and mark them for correct reassembly. Wheel wells and arches get treated.

  5. Apply coatings — which ones depends on the treatment you've chosen.

  6. Apply Weekend Warrior penetrating drying oil to displace moisture in vulnerable areas. On selected treatments.

  7. Flood the cavities with Titan Cavity Wax — internal channels, seams, welds and mounting hardware that coatings can't reach.

  8. Refit and inspect everything that came off, before the vehicle goes back to you.

Prices are based on average vehicle size and condition, and are subject to inspection. Normal contamination is included — heavy mud, sand, clay or debris may need extra cleaning. Removing rubberising, bitumen or aftermarket coatings is quoted separately. Any additional prep is always discussed and approved before we start.

Full Military Tough & Full Military

Covers workmanship, coating application defects and normal wear and tear for the lifetime of the vehicle — and it transfers to the next owner, which helps at resale. Annual inspections required.

LIMITED · LIFETIME

Military Chassis & Underbody

Covers workmanship and coating defects on treated areas for as long as you own the vehicle. Not transferable. Wear and tear is charged pro rata. Annual inspections required.

Metal Guard restoration

A 12-month workmanship warranty covering the quality of the restoration work performed.

Wax, Anti-Rust Top & Storage

Real protection and preservation benefits, but no lifetime warranty cover attached.

No warranty covers accidents, mechanical damage, deliberate coating removal, abuse, neglect, modifications affecting treated areas, or damage from factors outside our control.
